Participation Fee

• CZK 4 500 / 190 EUR incl. VAT
• CZK 3 000 / 120 EUR incl. VAT (Master’s degree or PhD students)

Payment information will be sent with abstract acceptance by 15. 10. 2023.

Participation fee includes

• The possibility of presenting a conference contribution
• The possibility of publishing a contribution in a magazine / proceedings after a successful review process
• Conference promotional items
• Conference proceedings
• Refreshments
• Lunches and dinner buffet within a social evening.

Payment of the participation fee has to be made separately for each participant (please do not send multiple person fees in the same payment).

The Participation fee does not include bank transfer fees.
The Participation fee cannot be canceled in case of non-attendance.
The fee covers organizational costs, meals + refreshments, proceedings and VAT.
